Lawn Renovations

Lawn renovation is a process of improving the overall health and appearance of an existing lawn by restoring it to its original condition. The process involves a series of steps that aim to correct existing problems, such as bare spots, weeds, thinning grass, soil compaction, and poor drainage.

What we do in this process:

1.Scalp and dethatch this removes all the nasty thatch build up in your lawn.

2.Lawn core we core the lawn with 22mm plugs at about 75mm deep in the soil this helps water, nutrients, and oxygen get down to the roots and help keep them healthy.

3.Fertilise we fertilize with a high nitrogen and high potassium fertilizer to get it a boost in growth.

4.Top dress we use 80/20 mix (80%sand 20%soil) or Double Washed Sand to top dress and level the lawn more the sand is great for better drainage and the soil is putting healthier nutrients back into the lawn.

5.Water after the top dress and level is down it will need water at least once a day for about 2 weeks then can back off to about 2-3 times a weeks after that.
